We want you to love your Merry People boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different color, we are here to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original shoebox and ensure they are securely packed in a mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives the items.
